We are preparing to show you the famous and natural healing health spas of Bulgaria where you will be able to learn Yoga meditation, a mix of Ashtanga Yoga and meditation achieved after mixing Ashtanga with meditations learned in Thailand and Peru.
You will be able to relax and enjoy a very healing whole body massage, perhaps after a day of walking in the beautiful pine forests and enjoying the clean mountain air of the Bulgarian mountains where we can guide you on country and forest walks.
There will be regular Tai Chi Quan courses for beginners to learn how to harness the physical and natural universal energies around us.
Regular training courses will be held, winter and summer, in Reiki 1 Reiki 2 the ability to self heal, the ability to heal others, plus you can learn the art of distant healing.
All food will be freshly cooked from home grown Bulgarian Foods, vegetarians will also be catered for and all products will be freshly picked.

You will also have the opportunity to have Tarot readings, to learn psychic journey meditations, these meditations prove to be productive in answering your questions and there are meditations specifically to help you with overcoming obstacles in your life, to help with impending interviews and have show to improve shyness and general confidence in life matters.

Bulgaria has over 500 springs plus many dam lakes. With more than 2000 dam lakes and mineral springs dotted around the mountains of southern and central Bulgaria and pine forests looked after by pine keepers, Bulgaria offers a very clean environment to heal yourself.

All our short training courses will be of small groups, as we believe every person should be offered the chance of training for their individual spiritual development and to progress at their own speed, not to keep up with others in a large group.
The courses will run all year round as flights to Bulgaria are available from the UK and other EU countries all year and the weather in southern Bulgaria is usually relatively mild.
One on one training courses can be organised by prior arrangement.
